What do I do when I run into an Omegle bot or think I'm talking to a bot?

If you know it's a bot, ignore it and move on to the next conversation. If you're not sure it's a bot and it hasn't disconnected after a few lines (and it will probably disconnect after a couple lines because its goal is to expose itself to as many chatters as possible) then ask it a random question like "What's the weather like over there?" or whatever. It won't answer you back, and you can rest assured it's a bot (or a really really strange human, but probably not that).

How do I avoid Omegle bots?

Use Facebook Interests or enter interests that wouldn't be very popular but contain something you enjoy.
